@blabberlicious@toot.community @Wen@mastodon.scot The sausage fennel pasta one is particularly egregious. Can't be bothered making dinner does NOT mean "toast fennel seeds in olive oil" and "remove sausage meat from sausage skins". The latter of these two tasks is fiddly and annoying and makes your fingers icky, and if you can't be bothered making dinner, you're not going to be have the gumption for doing that. That's the kind of dish I'll do when I'm feeling particularly keen.
