I'm sorry, but "that contract attached to the Carta grant of equity is not actually active" is not a good excuse for it being wrong. Also, no, I still won't sign a contract that says I've been allowed to see certain information which you won't share with me. Nor will I sign one which says I agree to terms, explicitly to include ones which might bind me, which are in a document you won't show me.
