@realsimon@mastodon.green I'm sure A Hat In Time pulls it off with the Steam Workshop stuff. However, whether you call it "DLC" or not is up to you. Also, Rivals Of Aether (the first installation, at least) seems to be widely known mostly for the custom fighters you can simply stuff into the game and play with.
