Counter service.
Last time I sat at the counter in a restaurant was with my mom in the 1970s.
Fuller's Coffee Shop in downtown Portland is a treat. Diner food with genuine attitude.
Our waitress had the word "Nope" tattooed on her arm.
5/5 We'll be going back soon for a $5 milkshake.
