@evolutionise@cloudisland.nz my gut feeling with those ingredients is that it’s probably gluten free flour, but that the sausages potentially have gluten in them. Which is a pretty unfortunate choice. (Otherwise they’re talking about cross contamination of “made in a factory which makes food including gluten”.) Either way I’d not eat it (as someone who is gluten free) without finding out more details about their confusing labelling.
