#PennedPossibilities 975.1 — Author / Artist POV: Sometimes we end up In the Zone. Do you work until you drop? Or to a stopping point? Can you do anything but sleep afterwards? A great big "thank you" to @sfwrtr@eldritch.cafe for this prompt. I'm usually pretty good about this. I never "work until I drop," and I always feel like I know the stopping point. Having MS, I've learned to know my body pretty well. I know what I need. But if I still have ideas after I've stopped writing for the day, I'll jot them down on my phone. Sometimes, I'll be writing late at night and then head to sleep right after. I'll be lying in bed, and I'm suddenly flooded with ideas. I'll just roll over, groan in annoyance, and reach for my phone to scribble things down for the following day or whenever. There's no better feeling than being in the zone. When the muse comes a'knocking, we can't ignore it! #WritingCommunity #WritersOfMastodon
