Me: my landlord is aweful and won't fix a very simple problem. Person who owns a home: well that's what you get for renting, glad I'm not doing that anymore. Me: don't you think I'd prefer to own a home if I could? At least then I could fix the problems myself. Person who owns a home: well now hold on there, owning a home isn't all sunshine & daisies; there are all these other things to consider...
