For context, we mostly run around the same multi-block circuit, each loop measures about ~1.3km - but it is far from flat, with about +/- 50 meters of elevation change over each loop. Taking all that into account, 4 loops is somewhere between 5.2km - 5.4km grade-adjusted. The first time I ran the full 4 was last year, and it took me ~50 minutes (https://mastodon.social/@sarahjamielewis/114762430642883674) Today I ran my first sub-40 minute time: 39:24!
