My new monitor has a flashing light when the pc is off... Last night I got few up and put black nail polish over the LED. Fuck off light

My bedside wireless charger has a piercing bright blue light on the front. That was covered by a small bit of black electrical tape on the first night. Which sadist designs this shit?
