Not really, no. I would think that there would be substantially more control by users rather than devs, and substantially more spelled out ways for devs to be compensated for their work and to pass on work to others / be removed from work that people don't want them to do. In particular anarchists don't really want a committee of empowered decision makers more than a single one.

@richpuchalsky@mastodon.social I like this in theory but wonder how unwieldy it would be in practice. Is there an existing project that follows that methodology? I can't think of any - very large ones have lots of contributors but they tend to be "tiered", and small projects tend to be one person's focus. Hardware would be even more difficult due to geographic factors.
