@alessandro@cosocial.ca Thought, at the beginning about who controls the project, who contributes, and how that is supported. Design so that doesn't become more or less benign rule by one or a few people who do the critical work, by a charismatic founder, or by a nonprofit. Probably some kind of known anarchist structure (syndicate, collective, spokescouncil etc.) An explicit commitment to anarchist principles.
