When I'm writing a poem, it's an individual project. I may ask the opinion of other poets at some stage, but no one else can finish the poem for me, no one has the right to change it, and there is no particular need for it to be finished.
People think that anarchism means that this scales up to projects that affect a group and no it does not.

There has to be thought, *right at the beginning*, about who controls the project, how they exercise this control, and how that power gets passed on. /fin
