Tim reapers sfs | in vain selected tracks
This collection of tracks from sfs and in vain is a beautiful approach to dubstep and bass music as a whole. These albums are deeply personal and you see it, created in a troubling time of great instability and change Tim Reaper managed to put his feelings into these tunes ranging from hope/joyful to grieving. (I recommend reading the caption of the in vain album for more context)
I feel like this is a big appeal of the album for me, it sits at an intersection between a club and a human telling personal stories making this very intimate and mostly not so suited for the club, but more so for private listening

Tracks like Fluidity, Surrey canal road still remain proper club tunes status whilst bringing out a brighter side of what bass music usually is in club settings. Dub textures and sound design are to be found throughout most tracks. In some other tracks beautiful Rhodes pianos with lots of release keep the listener in a floating state of mind whilst beautiful soul full vocal, trumpet and piano tracks let you glide through deep wobbly basses, present on the whole album.
