@quixoticgeek@social.v.st @billgoats@bitbang.social I'm a bit late here, but for what it's worth that bit was intact for me on my Kindle Voyage that I decided to jailbreak a few years ago at least. I have no idea if it's same for all Kindle models though, so probably worth to make some kind of "progress note". :/
