that's excellent. I don't think i've ever heard that one. of course we have all kinds of odd and funny ones in Canadian French here. I've always loved "Sacréfice!" and "Bout d'viarge" (piece of a virgin) which I still to this day don't understand the literal meaning of lol. maybe you have to be catholic

Apparently you can chain it arbitrarily, so if you’re really mad, you can let loose with something translating to something like “the tabernacle of the virgin of the transsubstantiation of the lamb of the…” and just keep going. In some ways, from what I heard, Quebec (and Acadia in general) inherited a pre-revolutionary form of Frenchness which by today’s standards is almost medievally religious.
