But also, remember, a lot of adults are just as tech illiterate, too. A 2016 report by the OECD had 4.7% of adults who reported prior computer usage who couldn't do tasks such as use a mouse or scroll on a web page to take the computer based assessment. Tech skills have to be learned, and if the adults in a kid's life don't have them, their only hope is to be curious enough to seek help online.
