They told me to go back to the website and re-subscribe. I am certainly not going to do that with no way to reach an actual brain by phone if this ever happens again. F*** You Paramount!!! :( :( :( Guess I'll be hoping they release season 2 on DVD, which they probably won't.

Oh and this was a fairly easy screen reader task since I didn't actually have to DO anything while monitoring the inane unhelpful replies. Let it be known to the world that in general, web-based text chats are a horrible way to give instructions to a screen reader user if you're actually helping them fix a problem with a service!
