@jerbear@kind.social As an administrative assistant supporting a CPO and five VPs whose calendars are frequently full all day every day, I myself am a very busy person. Even my peer who only supports one executive (the CEO) is busy all day. We're not sitting at our desk painting our nails or chit-chatting, as is often depicted in TV shows and movies. We're busy playing Calendar Jenga Tetris, accommodating competing priorities from a wide range of people around the globe, trying to keep our executives on track without letting anything slip through the cracks, while also trying to shoehorn in breaks for them to occasionally visit the restroom. I do not have time to chit-chat. I barely have time to pee.
