Yes, exactly. Weren't the recipients of the $5,000 move-in bonus to come to Alberta also offered jobs in the oil industry when they got here?
Why can't Canada incentivize us with job placements as well as something for expenses?

@ned@beige.party I imagine provinces are likely to do the same if somehow Alberta actually separates. There will be a large brain drain in Alberta and it will not suddenly make Alberta prosperous.
