Is there any blockchain, the "currency" of which is worth so little that no one will ever buy it or spend it in the conventional sense? By design, I mean; actually just a blockchain, and the tokens are worth several zeroes past the decimal of a penny, and they always will be, and that's technically still proof of work? Is there something I'm not understanding here? I'm trying to picture having the ability to prove things cryptographically, and where that thing is worthless for any other purpose, and that's the point; that thing, technically, barely, being backed by something "real"… Again, maybe I don't get it, but I'm not seeing the reason why that is not useful.
