The forkiverse is generally self selective in that way, I believe, but I think it can be even better with a little effort. fin #Forkiverse

That's very aligned with fedi's values and the community focus in general. Have you used pol.is? It's quite good for stuff like this although needs moderation. I've got a conversation going at https://pol.is/7xjmwmuxnt , And Mastodon polls are another good option. You can string them together in a thread, and the instance admin can configure the maximum number of choices https://infosec.exchange/@thenexusofprivacy/115822571404230256. None of this is scientific of course but still interesting!
