@ShaulaEvans there's pro infirmis: https://www.proinfirmis.ch/ and procap: https://www.procap.ch/ There's also the Sozialberatung at the Gemeinde they can go to. They should be prepared lots of people will tell them to get a lawyer. I don't know if there's a way to get money for that lawyer but lawyers know and the two organizations might know.
