71 year old lady applies for an insurance and now needs to do an interview. The memory part is "very important". Lady has to repeat 10 words and make a sentence each time. Then there's a repetition of the "say 10 words and make a sentence each time; the sentences can be the same as before or different." Then lady has to remember the 10 words and say them back.
- Interpreter, you can not repeat the words. And let me know if lady is indeed repeating the word and saying a sentence.
There's a category test nest: "I'll name a category. In the span of 30 seconds you have to name as many items in the category as you can."
- Interpreter. I want you to keep track of the items, then count them, and say the number to me.
2nd part:
I'll say a sentence, and you have to repeat it exactly.
- Interpeter, let me know if the sentence was repeated exactly.
I'd like you to tell me if you can hear this tapping I'm making on my phone.
- Yes
- Ok. I now want you to tap.
- Say Hi, tap twice. And say hi again.
