If you use instead the JDE (or DT) than most of your headaches will be gone 😂 Of course you might get excited, and use barycentric time or one of the many galactic time coordinate systems. I can guarantee you, that any of them will outlive you. — BTW, inspired by your time frameworks, I am crafting astronomy & space time calculation package, that one sunny day will swim in the open source ocean.
