@janmon@social.lol yes, I hear you, there is definitely a loss. I hope you can retain the space for your team to be a safe and welcoming place for everyone to ask their questions. Insecurity is something I see a lot in all developers around me right now.

@gregor@toot.cafe ok the same meeting someone talked about their existential doubts as a software engineer in the wake of AI coding. You could see that people were afraid to speak up and share on that topic.
