@schnedan @ruario @Vivaldi
I have been trying different distributions, but I am currently on Ubuntu.
I was never a fan of vi, but a big fan of emacs. I will evaluate what I will use this time. I used to program extensions for emacs in the past using Lisp, so that is a territory I feel at home in.

@jon@social.vivaldi.net @schnedan@social.tchncs.de @ruario@social.vivaldi.net @Vivaldi@social.vivaldi.net Have you given @fedora@fosstodon.org @kde@floss.social a try yet? I am a fan of Emacs as well, though I don't use it that much anymore. These days I do my stuff primarily in Kwrite for non-programming, Kate for programming, and nano for quick edits in the terminal. https://fedoraproject.org/kde/
