Install Kubernetes on your hardware 2. Install Openstack in your Kubernetes 3. Install some VM:s in Openstack 4. Install Kubernetes in your VM:s 5. Move the Kubernetes control plane and worker nodes to your VM:s 6. Turn off your hardware, you are now fully cloud native!
