Das gehört zu den Basic-Grundrechten, die nach Grundgesetz Ewigkeitsbestand haben.
Erst wenn man das GG abschafft, also eine Diktatur errichtet, ginge das. Davor steht aber #Art20GG Widerstandsrecht.
