Good to know. The bassist we worked with back in the 80’s, John Rummen, said he preferred pick in the studio because it’s more precise. But for live he preferred his fingers. He actually got more into doing art work and ended up working at Nettwerk Records with Sarah McLachlan. I believe he did the cover art on her album Fumbling Towards Ecstasy.
