@neil@mastodon.neilzone.co.uk hey Neil, your responses probably got auto deleted from your server, but to close the loop, apparently there is a National database of Energy Providers in which my address was flagged as a business premise. Octopus asked me to provide Council Tax Bill to prove it was residential and have since moved me back to a residential customer.
