@skade@hachyderm.io the contributions of my search/parsing thesis would include branching into exactly this field of distributed state, which is a core assumption in both grammar construction and matcher semantics. [i'm refining this summary] i just learned about this research field from your post—do any particular profs or programs in this space come to mind as potential candidates for advisor i could look into?
