@Schneems@ruby.social @yosh@toot.yosh.is I was talking to a friend about how they handled redundancy at work, and it basically came down to “yeah we run identical stacks in 3 clusters, auto scaled for steady state 60-65% capacity”
or: this is what it means to run n+1 redundancy!
I think about this a lot when I look at “efficient” systems
