Ugh, couldn't recall *all* the steps in making a mocha at home (espresso shots, cocoa, streamed milk - and I didn't heat the milk enough) so I ended up with a mocha that feels like I left it alone for half an hour. And bitter. Next time, I use chocolate syrup and try to remember how to use the steam wand effectively
