@Tony@clew.lol its crazy too cause she let it go because they wouldn't change the title for free but they only wanted 3k for a transfer fee I hope she doesn't come to regret this

@Soy_Magnus@detroitriotcity.com She probably will, depending on how agressively creditors go after her, they'll probably lein the house (though idk if they can depending on how the title stuff was set up) but if she doesn't have a title then she's kinda screwed
