@Soy_Magnus@detroitriotcity.com 30-90 days usually is how courts move but eviction court can be faster. Usually when you get the notice you have 4-6 weeks before the court date and if you don’t show up with money you’re out like a week or two after that

@Tony@clew.lol she got the notice if its not laid by june 8th they'll start proceedings. And so I shall watch. Got a second job too in the mornings at a small diner im gonna kill it
