@Soy_Magnus@detroitriotcity.com Yah, sooooo i'd say come June 8th when she can't pay, they'll likely set a court date (usually 5-10 days after the notice), and depending on state laws (a lot of states fast track evictions) she could be removed before the end of june. However, tbh idk how it works with mortgages, I just know how it works with rentals. But, i assume banks don't play. With a bank she's probably like MONTHS behind. A bank doesn't even get antsy until like day 60 of missed payments so she's probably been late for MONTHS
