@dumpsterqueer@gts.superseriousbusiness.org It absolutely is anti-Black, and it's also absolutely necessary that people have instances where they feel like moderation is done with explicitly anti-racist thought. Certain instances (*cough* dot social *cough*) have "color blind" moderation policies in place that (of course) end up reinforcing the same racist power structures. Black and BIPOC users generally, can't wait for mods to be enlightened.
