@kaydubatl@mastodon.world @Deglassco@mastodon.social a lot of the comments I've seen from Black people about what they'd like instances to do differently seem like good ideas in general, not just for Black users! So I hope some more Black people do become admins or mods, but obviously I get the danger of having a bunch of Black users suddenly leave other instances. But it looks like a lot of instances are expanding their mod teams right now, so hopefully they'll become more diverse?
