@Offbeatmammal@mastodon.social The temptation with hindsight is either simple self-justification or to beat yourself up with regret, where I personally think to look back and try to recall the reasoning at the time (the "Why?" of the moment) is I think is more informative as less judgemental... YMMV obv...
