Like if it’s floating point the whole base radix mantissa stuff… so you’d go from like 32-bit or 64-bit floating point to something like 128 bit… (From Wikipedia) Sign bit: 1 bit Exponent width: 15 bits Significand precision: 113 bits (112 explicitly stored)
