Almost all AIs can pass the Turing test nowadays. Problem is: Turing test does not evaluate if a machine can think like a human, or be creative, or intelligent. Turing test evaluate if a machine can generate human like answers that can blindly convince an evaluator more than 70% of the time over 5 minute periods. Just that. The test never intended to demonstrate real intelligence, but imitation of human speech. In fact, it doesn't evaluate if answers are correct or not, just if it pass as human.
