I know more than I want to about how that's all done at UBC and, well, "told you so" doesn't cover it. Like I said when I worked there, buying solutions is actually not innovative, and everyone buying the same solution is basically Dutch Elm Disease. And that wasn't just me justifying my job as a programmer. Bean counters rule supreme
