@ellane@pkm.social I have to admit my use of noise cancelling is very, very limited. Being stuck in a small space I can't easily leave with a vacuum cleaner or trying to listen to something while someone else is watching something are about it, and only if I'm somewhere I feel safe. Blocking off the world as a totally blind person is a bit nerve wracking, ☺️, but it did come in handy when my son, my husband and I were all living in a smallish caravan.
