@gperson@social.linux.pizza there's quite a few non-systemd linux distros out there. Off the top of my head - debian classic, chimera, gentoo, linux from scratch, and maybe alpine?

@rsanders@sfba.social #Alpine would realistically be my choice to move away from #systemd, but this situation also gives me an excuse to play with #FreeBSD 😄 Interestingly, it appears that my flash drive isn't recognized as bootable after flashing a USB with FreeBSD 15. Neither the DVD nor memstick images work, so unfortunately, that puts an end to my FreeBSD adventures on my laptop running in the hardware itself.
