@shafik@hachyderm.io tbf I have even doubts that reviews can efficiently do that.
We take active steps when writing the code around how we structure, name the code. How we choose which tools and construct we use. How we organise things.
Pushing it back to review is changing the meaning of reviews. It means that reviews become not only "reviewing" but mostly making.
We are adding more work to the review. It is not only bottlenecking there

@Di4na@hachyderm.io Review is the bottleneck, the amount of code we can generate was never the bottleneck. If you are not understanding at any other point then review is where it will have to happen. There is no other way, you have to understand somewhere in the process. *Always was meme*
