Microsoft could donate the same amount of Azure VMs. And I would argue they should give a lot more, but that's a bigger problem to solve. Free or reduced-cost compute for FOSS CI is a nice pot-sweetener but it shouldn't stop us from pushing the tech giants to properly support their dependencies.
