"purity culture" and "puritan" are divisive terms that are being used to persecute feminists currently. I need y'all to see it and recognize it. The terms are being used to damage feminist movements, and it's working, because you can't call out the male gaze anymore without being told you're a "puritan." And it's far, far more insidious than that. But we're gonna start there for today.
