@Azzura@lgbtqia.space keep in mind laugther is a social signal. It's normal, even when not a sign of mirth. Sorta like saying "Uh-huh" in a conversation. It can mean a million things and nothing (yes, also "please don't hurt me".) Taken by itself, I wouldn't see it as a sign of distress. Or patriarchy.
