It seems obvious. But I don't subscribe to it. I develop software in a corporate environment, and companies are pushing people to use AI (it's even a performance indicator).
What I see are some cool things where AI can support the thinking process.
But I also see many, and much more often, products partially written by AI, and for which the developers don't have a complete understanding of the AI-written part.

@esparta@ruby.social It would be naive to say that these are bad developers. You can't imagine the level of pressure they face from society, within companies, and in the media. This makes people who try to regain control seem anti-AI. The example I was given to describe this behavior is the arrival of computers in the era of typewriters. That's what we're being compared to.
