Oh I can already see it now. "Yes, we can see you have camera evidence of it being stolen by someone else and him driving off, but we don't know who stole it and don't care. You're going to have to pay the damages please. Here's a bill more expensive than buying ten of these homes."

@Iffine@varishangout.net @IAMAL_PHARIUS@poa.st @Ronnie21093@varishangout.net it's going to be extra dumb when a water seal on the enclosure fails and then you're on the hook for the box having water damage. Logistically this makes no god damned sense. This is just a disguised land grab. You buy the home and get bankrupted by a theft on the box or something. You can't pay up or if you did some other event will damage the components in the box again. You go bankrupt and they seize the home and your money spent on it.
